Winter in the Val di Fiemme offers various possibilities for sporting and recreational activities.
From the Veronza Village, the Skibus shuttle service is active, free for guests of the Gilda house, which connects the Village with Cavalese and other destinations in the Valley. For more information click here.

For those who love skiing, below are the main ski areas in the surrounding area:
- Alpe del Cermis, reachable by ski bus from the Village, free of charge, or by car in about 10 minutes. It includes 27 slopes, for a length of over 23km, the Cermislandia children’s playground, an ice stadium, and many equipped refuges and refreshment points.
- Ski Area del Latemar, reachable in about 10 minutes by car, in the direction of Passo di Lavazè, with the closest access from Pampeago, which also includes the areas of Predazzo/Gardoné (reachable in about 20 minutes by car from Villaggio Veronza, or via free valley transport) and Obereggen in Val D’Ega. The area has 50 slopes (over 100km), a baby park for children and numerous equipped refreshment points.
- Ski Area Alpe Lusia, reachable using free transport in about half an hour, or by car in about 15-20 minutes, with main access in the Bellamonte area.
- Passo Lavazé/Oclini, reachable using free transport in about 20 minutes, or by car in about 15 minutes. The Lavazé area is particularly recommended for cross-country skiing, having over 80km of slopes.
- Ski Area Rolle, reachable in about 40 minutes by car, or in about 50 minutes using free transport, includes the area of the Pass of the same name, and is part of the Pale di San Martino mountain group.
- Centro del Fondo Lago di Tesero, an important point of reference for the specialty of the same name, on the valley floor, in the heart of the Marcialonga route.
